Bohol is
also known as the land of TARSIER where we all know as the smallest monkey in
the world but not true. The Philippine Tarsier foundation and known to be the Tarsier
Sanctuary is one of the favorite spot for educational tour.
Tarsier
Sanctuary is located in Corella 40 kilometers away from Tagbilaran and 2
kilometers away from the man-made forest. Entrance fee is P50 pesos per person.
With that you get a guided tour inside the Tarsier sleeping site where the
tarsiers rest during the day.
Rules in Visiting Tarsier Sanctuary:
STRICTLY:
No flashes, Keep voice extremely low as much as possible, do not touch the
animal, you can take as many pictures as you like but don’t stay to long in one
tarsier–5 minutes per tarsier will do; do not litter or leave anything, do not
take anything, only the guide can interact with the tarsier. We open 9:00 am
